How can I handle Timestamp Element (WSS TimetoLive) in a SOAP Request within Jmeter?

In SOAP UI, I'm able to easily handle the Timestamp Element (WSS TimetoLive) in one of the custom properties fields. Is there a way to handle such in Jmeter? If so, what are the steps? please see attachment for SOAP UI screenshot. Thank you
