Hi,

How can we do performance testing of mobile application with Jmeter? what are pre-requisites that needs to be set-up with which mobile application starts using JMeter sitting in laptop / desktop as proxy?

For running test after the scripts are ready do we need simulator that will mimic mobile network? 3G, 4G, specific bandwidth, etc.

Hi Anurag,

Do we run performance testing for mobile app? ,i think the mobile application can be thought of as a client.

performance testing is done for servers as per my knowledge.
