I haven't seen the video for Jmeter installation in MAC ?

When we are done with recording and run the test for 100 or more users, is that all the request sent through the jmeter proxy server or all the request sent directly without proxy server?

    You just need to use proxy for recording the traffic in JMeter. Then once done, please disable proxy.
